In a gesture of compassion and community service, the Inner Wheel Club, a leading organisation dedicated to social welfare, donated white sheets to the Government Railway Police (GRP) today for covering unclaimed bodies found on railway platforms and in trains.
Association president Sunita Jain visited Phagwara and was warmly welcomed at the local railway station by District 307 Chairperson Manmohan Suri, District Editor Dr Seema Rajan and Past District Chairperson (PDC) Keshlata Bimra. A special project was carried out under the leadership of club president Sumita Parashar, during which the white sheets were officially handed over to GRP officials.

Association president Sunita Jain also reviewed the club’s activities and lauded the team’s ongoing efforts.
The event was attended by club secretary Bharti Rao, vice-president Seema Sharma, treasurer Sonam Sahdev, Saroj Pabbi and others.
