Jalandhar students clear CA exam in first attempt
Jalandhar, July 15
A BCom pass out from Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Sarthak Mittal, cleared the Chartered Accountants examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) by scoring 487 marks. The result of the exam was declared on Friday.
Sarthak is the son of CJS Public School chairperson Neena Mittal. A resident of Surya Enclave, Sarthak said he used to study for 15 to 16 hours in the last three months ahead of his examination. “The syllabus for the exam is so vast that arranging everything in order was getting chaotic. But I ensured that I covered all topics properly and even got sufficient time to do revision. I had to motivate myself repeatedly so that I did not lose track of things,” he said. Sarthak said he aims to join the business of his father Lalit Mittal.
A student of St Soldier Group of Institutions, he has cleared the exam in his first attempt. Chairman Anil Chopra and vice-chairperson Sangeeta Chopra said students Gandhi Thulung Rai scored 462 marks and Kamal Kumar scored 450 marks and cleared the examination in their first attempt. Principal Manisha honoured the student and gave them best wishes.
