A fire broke out in the godown of a bhujia seller in the crowded Gaushala market of the city on Sunday morning. The Fire Brigade had to struggle for a long time to douse the flames. Fortunately, the fire was brought under control in time, due to which the fire was prevented from spreading to other godowns and shops adjacent to the godown.

Fire Brigade personnel said they received information at 10.30 am and immediately reached the spot and started efforts to control the blaze.
