Arora got released from the jail on Monday. It was almost four months and arrest in back-to-back two cases -- one of corruption lodged by the Punjab Vigilance Bureau and second of extortion lodged by the Rama Mandi police.

Being a bhajan singer and devout follower of Balaji, he had gone to Rajasthan temples to pay obeisance there. There are reports that he is back home and might even start attending his office in some days. He is yet to appear in front of the media. He and his family members have kept their phone off avoiding to talk to anyone. No one has operated any of his social media pages which still continue to have his cover pictures with Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal.

Arora had been arrested on May 23. His security had been withdrawn about 10 days prior to his arrest, giving him a hint of the imminent action. Meanwhile, AAP halqa incharge of Jalandhar Central Nitin Kohli, who has been appointed by AAP Punjab incharge Manish Sisodia post Arora's arrest, continues to remain on inauguration spree. He has even been attending his office and meeting people on daily basis.
