Former Rajya Sabha member and ex-BJP state chief Shwait Malik on Friday said that the party would urge Union Home Minister Amit Shah to get the grenade attack case on BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia’s house investigated by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

Malik said this after he visited the house of Kalia. Others who visited Kalia were former Union Minister of State Som Parkash, ex-MLA Sheetal Angural and ex-Akali minister Surjit S Rakhra. Malik flayed Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for not paying a visit to Kalia’s place even as he was in town today. “This shows the myopic view of the government,” said Malik.
