Rayat Institute of Pharmacy and Lamrin School of Pharmaceutical Sciences celebrated World Pharmacists Day with enthusiasm. The event emphasised on the vital role of pharmacists in the healthcare system, aligning with this year’s theme — “Think health, think pharmacist”.
As part of the celebration, students visited library, where they explored standard reference books and attended an insightful presentation on various pharmaceutical dosage forms. A special exhibition of pharmaceutical formulations was also organised, bridging the gap between theoretical learning and real-world application.
Dr NS Gill, Director (Executive Dean), Rayat Institute of Pharmacy, and Dr Amit Sharma, Deputy Dean, Lamrin School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, along with faculty members were present on the occasion. They said career in pharmaceutical sciences was evergreen and highly payable.
