In the memory of Ashok Malhotra, the founder of MBD Group, his daughters have set up a robotics, coding and language lab at Sain Dass Anglo Sanskrit Senior Secondary School.

The lab was inaugurated at the school and the ceremony was attended by Satish Bala Malhotra, Ashok Malhotra’s wife and chairperson of the group, her daughters, Monica Malhotra Kandhari and Sonica Malhotra Kandhari, managing director and joint managing director of the group, respectively.

Developed at a cost of Rs 16 lakh, the lab was developed with the support of AASOKA, an educational technology platform. It aims to provide students with hands-on experience in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, fostering essential problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
