Speaking on the occasion, Dr Rajesh Grover, Director of Pushpa Gujral Science City, emphasised the importance of collective efforts in shaping the future of education. He highlighted the need to build a supportive ecosystem that nurtures scientific curiosity, innovation and creativity among students. Dr Grover urged school principals to integrate informal education into their teaching approaches, noting that traditional methods can sometimes be monotonous and lack tools to simplify complex scientific concepts. He added that Science City will continue to serve as a hub of educational excellence and act as a catalyst for developing scientific skills within the community by organising various science programmes throughout the year.
