The key attraction of the event remained a comical skit that imparted a lot many meaningful messages to the audience related to the work culture in an organisation. The skit revolved around two characters namely Titli Kaur, played by Amrit Kalsi, HOD, Centre of Happiness, who is a character with full of doubts and negativity and raises so many doubts regarding an organisation and its working before appearing in an interview.

Whereas, other character named Tota Singh, who is a positive soul, clears each and every doubt of Titli Kaur and motivates her to perform well in the interview.

CT Group Chairman Charanjit S Channi motivated the staff members to set and meet new challenges for the coming year and wished them good luck for the coming year.
