Tourist bus turns over near Nawanshahr, all passengers safe
A tourist bus from Jaipur to Jammu turned following an accident at Naimajara village here on Saturday morning.
There were about 22 passengers on board when the mishap occurred. However, none of them got seriously injured. A few passengers suffered minor bruises.
Bus helper Jatinder said, "The bus had just started off from a dhaba after taking a tea break around 6:30 am. A bike suddenly came in on the highway from an internal road. Our driver was trying to save the biker from getting hit and in the process lost balance. The bus turned but thankfully all the passengers are safe".
The Nawanshahr police team reached the spot.
