In his statement to the police, Jagdish Ram said the mishap took place when his father Paramjeet and uncle Dharampal were going to their relative’s place.

“I was following them on my bike. I saw a rashly driven SUV hitting their bike from behind. As a result, they fell on the road and suffered serious injuries. I took them to the hospital where doctors declared them dead on arrival,” he said.
