According to a complaint filed by Sanjay Sehgal, Social and Transparency Activist and Senior Vice Chairman of the RTI Department, Punjab Congress Committee, the property owner is currently residing abroad and has failed to take any preventive action.

The partially collapsed structure and scattered debris (malba) have completely blocked the road, causing significant inconvenience to residents, shopkeepers, and commuters since yesterday morning.
