Utkarsh captain, Charanjeet his deputy for sub-junior hockey

Utkarsh has been selected as the captain of the Punjab team participating in the 14th Hockey India Sub-Junior Men’s Hockey Championship going to be held in Chandigarh. The Punjab team will play their first match on September 23 against Karnataka.

Hockey Punjab president Nitin Kohli and general secretary Amrik Singh Powar said Charanjeet Singh had been made the vice-captain of the team. The selected team players are Gursahil Singh, Amandeep, Kushal Sharma, Sukhdev Singh, Utkarsh, Sunny, Arshdeep Singh, Anurag Singh, Inderjit Singh, Gurwinder Singh, Charanjit Singh, Jaswinder Singh, Varinder Singh, Yuvraj Singh, Jashnpreet Singh, Mandeep Singh, Ajaypal Singh and Jeewan.

Bittu Singhora is the coach of the team and Gurmeet Singh will be the manager.
