‘Interdisciplinary Refresher Course on Environment Studies at PU

Chandigarh, November 18

 The virtual inauguration function for the ‘Interdisciplinary Refresher Course on Environment Studies' was organised by UGC-Human Resource Development Centre, Panjab University jointly with Department of Botany, Panjab University, for the faculty of higher education institutes (Universities, Colleges and Research institutes) from varied disciplines (Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Microbiology, English, Punjabi, Engineering, Human Rights, Sociology, Commerce, Computer Science, Public Administration etc.).

 The meeting was conducted by Prof (Dr) Promila Pathak, Course Coordinator. J Justin Mohan, Secretary, National Biodiversity Authority, which is a statutory body functioning under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India with its headquarters at Chennai, was the notable speaker of the event.
