Selection process: This exam is conducted by UPSC in two stages: First, Written Examination, which constitute 2 subjects, mathematics and General Ability test. It is an objective type test in which maximum marks for mathematics and General Ability are 300 and 600, respectively.
Second stage is interview, for which only those candidates are invited who have qualified the written exam.
