Shriram Capital Limited invites scholarship applications from children of commercial transport drivers who have passed Class IX and are studying in Class X, XI or XII. The scholarship programme is meant to support meritorious underprivileged students in pursuing their studies.

Eligibility: Wards/children of commercial transport drivers are eligible for this scholarship. They must be studying in Class X, XI or XII. Annual family income must be less than Rs4 lakh.

The Global Indian International School (GIIS), Singapore is offering this scholarship for Class X passed Indian students who have studied English as their first language. Selected students will get financial benefits.

Rolls-Royce Unnati Scholarships for women engineering students

Rolls-Royce India Private Limited invites scholarship applications from girl students studying in the 1st/2nd/3rd year of engineering degree programmes. The scholarship programme is meant to support girl students in completing their engineering programmes.

Eligibility: The scholarship is open for girl students studying in the 1st/2nd/3rd year of Engineering degree course. They must be pursuing Engineering in fields like Aerospace, Computers, Electronics, Marine, etc. from an AICTE recognised institution in India. Marks scored in Class 10 and 12 board examinations should be more than 60 per cent.

STFC scholarship programme

Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited has announced this scholarship

programme to provide financial assistance to students from underprivileged families of commercial transport drivers. Under this programme, selected students will receive multi-year scholarships for professional studies after Class X and XII.

Eligibility: Students currently enroled in Diploma/ITI/Polytechnic courses, or Graduation/Engineering (3-4 year) programmes may apply for this scholarship, if they have scored at least 60% marks in Class 10 and Class 12. Applicants must come from the family of a commercial transport driver with an overall family income of less than INR 4 Lakhs per year.

Details: Selected students will receive Rs15,000 per year for ITI/Polytechnic/Diploma studies (max. 3 years), and up to Rs35,000 per year (max. 4 years) for graduation/engineering studies.
