Vice Chancellor’s global scholarship

The University of Newcastle, UK is offering this award to the students who hold an offer for a master’s degree programme at the university. This scholarship aims to attract Honours students to pursue full-time master’s studies.

Royal Thai Government Loom Nam Khong Pijai

Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand with the support of the Royal Thai Government has announced this scholarship for graduate students of Thailand and other Asian countries. This scholarship aims to assist human resource development in 6 GMS countries (Cambodia, Southern Part of China: Yunnan and Guangxi provinces, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and Thailand).

Eligibility: Asian students who have an outstanding education record in a 4-year undergraduate program from an accredited institution in related fields, have a high proficiency in English as required by AIT and have obtained a CGPA of more than 3.0 (or equivalent) from the universities listed in QS 1,000 World University Ranking or QS Top 350 Asian Universities Ranking or more than 3.5 or above (or equivalent) from other universities

Details: Tuition fees, accommodation, and a bursary for living expenses in AIT’s residential campus, for the entire period of the 22-month master’s degree programme.

British Council IELTS prize

The British Council has announced this scholarship for 10 lucky IELTS test-takers who will be given a GBP 3,000 prize toward their study fees in Autumn/Winter 2020 and Early 2021. This prize is open for test-takers living in countries like India, Nigeria, UAE, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, and Colombia.

Eligibility: Students who are 18 years old and more and who have an overall IELTS score of 5 or above, can apply for this prize.

Details: Ten IELTS test-takers will get GBP 3,000 towards their study fees.
