Baby girl for Sophie, Joe

The Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner and singer Joe Jonas have welcomed their first child, a baby girl. They have named her Willa. The baby was born in a Los Angeles hospital on July 22, but the couple made the announcement on Monday (July 27). Their team released a statement that read, “Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are delighted to announce the birth of their baby.” Sophie had married popstar Joe Jonas in two separate ceremonies last year, after dating for a couple of years.

Back in April this year, the actress spoke about her marriage and how it gives her a sense of security. In an interaction, Sophie had said, “I feel like the only thing that has changed for me is having this incredible sense of security. Just the word husband and the word wife—it just solidifies the relationship…”
