How has been the journey from Dombivli to Dance Plus finale?

The journey has been wonderful. After my father died, life has been tough but it seems luck was on my side. There were people who used to taunt me that there is no future in dance and I should do something else. I have seen my mother’s hard work and struggle while she stood by me. After winning this show, I am relieved that I did justice to her trust and my effort didn’t go waste.

Besides your mom, who has been your biggest support?

Apart from my mother, two people have been with me —Pritam Patel and Saddam Hussain. They are both good dancers and have created a name for themselves.

You were in team Dharmesh. What are your key learnings from him?

My biggest learning from Dharmesh sir is the attitude towards your dance. No matter how much pain you are in, your audience should not get affected by that. Always look at the audience’s eyes while performing. Dharmesh sir is an inspiration.

Who is your favourite dancer in Bollywood and why?

I love Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan. Both of them are amazing dancers and you can’t take your eyes off them when they dance. People do call me ‘Chota Tiger’ as I have some similarities with him.

What you are going to do with the winning prize money of 15 lakhs?

I would like to reconstruct my home. It’s not in a very nice shape. I will invest the rest of the money for future.

What is your dream?

I will do new things in dance and will take it to a new height. I will also concentrate in acting. I have done a film Cinderella in the past and audience have liked it.
