Two women Deepika Padukone and Meghna Gulzar bring the powerful story of an acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. Deepika portrays the real-life story of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal alongside Vikrant Massey, Madhurjeet Sargi and Rohit Sukhmani.

Those who have gone through the rushes says that Deepika is at her best in the film. It has been garnering immense appreciation for her dramatic physical transformation as acid attack survivor Malti in the film. The trials and triumphs of Malti, from the investigation of the attack to the court proceedings, the medical treatment to the emotional healing, the movie has covered it all.

The title track of Chhapaak has been written by Gulzar, and composed by Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy. With Chhapaak, Deepika Padukone also makes her debut as producer.

Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, the historical action drama is Ajay Devgn’s 100th film. The film releasing in 3D stars Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Kajol, Jagapathi Babu, Pankaj Tripathi and Sharad Kelkar. Luke Kenny and Neha Sharma are in pivotal roles in this period action film. It is set in the 17th century and based on the life of Tanaji Malusare who was the military leader of King Shivaji, founder of the Maratha Empire.

Ajay Devgn and Kajol reunite on-screen after more than a decade. Saif Ali Khan plays the antagonist Udaybhan Rathod who attacked the hill fort of Kondhana during Chhatrapati Shivaji’s rule.

This is the fourth time Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan share the silver screen together after Kachche Dhaage, LOC Kargil and Omkara and this is the second time Saif is working with Luke Kenny after Sacred Games.
