Deepika Sekhon wins the First Runner Up title at Being She Universe 2020

Deepika Sekhon, a mother of two, was declared the First Runner Up in the international pageant, Being She Universe 2020, held in Dubai recently.

Being She Universe 2020 is an international initiative. The 17 finalists were from across the world, with the final 10 fighting for the crown in a glittering ceremony held at Hotel Sofitel Dubai The Palms. Deepika was representing India at the pageant.

Founded by Mrs. India Globe 2018 Aparna Bajpai, the pageant offers an opportunity to women from all walks of life to evolve and lead a fulfilling life. “I want women to live to their full potential, not to hold themselves back because of insecurities, self-doubt or apprehension” says Aparna. Besides getting the coveted title of First Runner Up, Deepika also bagged the title of Miss Congeniality.
