Dimple Kapadia and Pankaj Kapur team upOf love & humour

Applause Entertainment has announced its next film, titled Jab Khuli Kitaab. Pankaj Kapur and Dimple Kapadia will play leads in this romantic comedy. A stage to screen adaptation of the Saurabh Shukla play, it will be helmed by Saurabh himself.

They will also be joined by Aparshakti Khurana, Samir Soni, Nauheed Cyrusi and others. A timeless, deeply moving love story, Jab Khuli Kitaab features an older couple seeking a divorce after 50 years of togetherness. The film deals with the dysfunctionality of relationships and its impact on the family, with dollops of humour.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind.
