Esha Kansara

Actress Esha Kansara is all-excited about returning to television with Star Plus’ upcoming show Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana. She will beessaying the role of Amrita Sakhuja, a complex character who dons many hats at a time. Amrita is a dedicated daughter-in-law to her in-laws and an expectant mother.

Esha explains how she prepared for the role: “Amrita as a character is uncommon and hence challenging. To fit into the character, I had to brush up on the dialect, as the show is about a Punjabi family. Besides that, as Amrita is seen as an expectant mother in the show, I needed to adapt to the required behaviour patterns. Thankfully, I have a few friends who are moms and observing their behaviour patterns helped me learn a lot.”
