Ridheema Tiwari, who will be seen in the show, Divya Drishti, says she is open to roles that challenge her to bring to the audience the ‘Ridheema flavour’
How much do you relate to your character Ojaswini?
I must admit that I am every bit of chatak matak and a Bollywood-smitten individual. Ojaswini is full of fun, frolic, masti, dance, drama, emotion and expression in every frame and every character I play, I manage to add an essence of myself to it, making it relatable.
What superpower would you like to possess?
Reading minds can be a lot of fun.
What is your take on good and evil?
The thing is ‘good and evil’ is a very common dichotomy. Evil is usually perceived as the dualistic antagonistic opposite of good, in which good should prevail and evil should be defeated. But evil cannot exist without the good and vice-versa. While I completely believe in God, I also believe that good and bad both co-exist within all of us. We just have different names for it.
Are you afraid of evil entities?
Yes, fear for most of us is our own imagination of the unknown, which comes from the previous information collected in our system over a period of time. Stories narrated by my nana ji during my childhood days still give me the goosebumps. Some haunted film experiences have given me enough data to start imagining creatures in the darkness.
What kind of roles are you looking out for?
An actor craves for variety. An actor cherishes fame and appreciation. I am open to receiving opportunities that take me one level up with regards to growth in every way. I am very open to a variety of roles that challenge me to bring to the audience the ‘Ridheema flavour’.
