Ghar Ek Sapna is about complexities of life and relationships. I play Kakul, who is a simple girl with great family values. It is a really nice character.

The show was a massive hit among audience, do you expect the same?

Back then, when it was telecast, the show was a huge success. Now also, I expect the same but yes, times have changed. It was 14 years ago. But certain things like value system, relations andthe importance of love don’t change.

With shootings on hold, what are you doing these days?

It’s majorly housework. Luckily, my entire family is in Mumbai, so it’s fun. I do cooking, cleaning, sweeping and all. Then, I try to workout and be on social media. This is how I have been spending my days.

Are you taking any special precautions?

Yes, the cleanliness factor is very important. I wash my hands regularly and sanitise the groceries and other stuff that come from outside. The fruits and vegetables are washed with hot water.

Any new projects lined up after the lockdown?

I am in talks for quite a few shows but nothing is really concreteas yet.
