Mahira Sharma opens up about her passion for music

Mahira Sharma, who’s known for her roles in hit television shows like Naagin and Bepanah Pyaarr, has starred in several hit songs like Lehanga, Koka and Long Drive.

In a recent interaction, Mahira opened up on the recent trend of music videos and said, “All the songs that I chose until now are different, and beautiful in their own ways. While you may find me looking all cute, innocent and dolled-up in one song, in another song, you’d find me playing a grey character. I’ve played many characters in my music videos. I got an opportunity to learn new things like riding a bike and so many other things.”

The actress also shared how she loves to perform in her music videos, and not just dance to its rhythm. She said, “I didn’t just shake a leg, or grooved to a song, but actually ‘performed’ in my music videos. I’ve done songs of various flavours that can be enjoyed by different kinds of people. I’ve done party numbers, I’ve done Sufi with the Wadali Brothers, and so many other genres. But to conclude it all, I only do songs that I love dearly.”
