Hollywood hit movie The Intern, which featured Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway, is set for a Hindi remake. Rishi Kapoor and Deepika Padukone will essay the lead characters. The Intern was written, produced and directed by Nancy Meyers, who is known for popular movies like Father of the Bride, The Parent Trap, What Women Want, It’s Complicated, to name a few. The Hindi remake will be produced by Sunir Kheterpal and Deepika Padukone under their banners, AZURE Entertainment and Ka Productions, respectively. The adaptation will be released in 2021.
