Life’s rhythmic patterns give us the freedom of choice, and we also need to realise that every choice has its consequences. We need to keep these consequences in view before we take decisions.
Broadly speaking, choices are of two distinct kinds -actual choice and energetic choice. In both cases deep concentration is requires as they both have distinct repercussions.
We can be more explicit about actual repercussions by stating a simple example — if we keep eating a lot we will gain weight, this is just a natural consequence of eating too much. Since energy patterns resonate with our thoughts, they send messages to us. If we overeat, they send a message of overindulgence, this means dishonouring the self. This could imply self loathing and will attract similar consequences.
Stress is a choice
This concept itself goes to prove to us that stress is completely our own choice. We can almost handpick what we want in our lives and focus accordingly. It is very important to consider both actual and energetic options and make a choice. The choice must honour you. And it must resonate with dignity and integrity. While contemplating the choice, do keep in mind that the choice is conforming to raising the consciousness level.
Choose right
Each and every decision defines by determining the energy you choose to put into it. It is very important to make loving choices, in terms of thought, word and deed. You are a sum total of choices, see to it that you are making the correct ones.
Be positive
Positive attitude will obviously help in attracting a positive reality to go with it. Goals are always met and desires are achieved only when attitudes are positive enough to attract them towards you. Empowered self perception is essential. This will lead you to making powerful and correct choices.
Discard fear
Fear is what truly hinders our progress in life. It is actually the strongest hindrance to our desired goals and achievements. Learn to let go of fear, worry, anxiety and judgemental attitudes.
Goal actions
To succeed in your goals, you need to often choose certain actions over other things which seem to entice you. Here it is a tug of war between the power of choice and the power of letting go. The choice should be of course in letting go.
Create an intention to engage in beliefs and emotions that promote a healthy consciousness. Allow the flow of joy to live in actual happiness.
