Parvesh C. Mehra, who produced Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Chamatkar in 1992, has passed away after battling with Covid-19 for almost a month. He breathed his last on Friday evening at a hospital in Mumbai. Mehra, who was 71 years old, is survived by his son and daughter.
Mehra was the eldest son of the late producer FC Mehra and had entered the film business at a young age. He produced a string of films in the 1980s as well as 1990s, including Ashanti, Jaal, Pyar Ke Do Pal, Mujrim, Shikari and Ram Jaane, among others.
