Rahman has fond memories of SSR
The makers of ‘Dil Bechara’ released the film’s music album on Friday, which has been composed by the Oscar-winning legend AR Rahman. The film’s title track, sung by Rahman himself, is a vibrant celebration of life’s ups and downs, diving into the soul of a generation that wears its heart on its sleeve. This was the first-ever collaboration of Rahman with Sushant Singh Rajput. Rahman said, “Composing music doesn’t have any formula, it is a thing of the heart. When I write songs, I let them breathe for some time and then present it to the director.”
He added, “It was a great experience collaborating with Mukesh Chhabra on this film; his enthusiasm is infectious. This whole album is carefully curated because the film has so much heart, and, now, memories of Sushant. It was a pleasure to work with lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya on this soundtrack of love.”
The song list of ‘Dil Bechara’ include ‘Maskhari’ by Sunidhi Chauhan and Hriday Gattani, ‘Tare Gin’ by Shreya Ghoshal and Mohit Chauhan, ‘Main Tumhara’ by Jonita Gandhi and Hriday Gattani. Arijit Singh has also sung a track in the film.
