Rajeev Khandelwal marks his theatre debut in Zee Theatre’s teleplay, Court Martial. Khandelwal has a special affinity to the armed forces. Hailing from the Army background, the role of Captain Bikash Roy comes naturally to the actor. Khandelwal took insights from his father, the now retired Col. C.L. Khandelwal, for the role.

“Growing up in an Army family, I also wanted to join the Army. In my career, I’ve played characters in the uniform before. My role in Court Martial is an ode to my father,” said Khandelwal. The play also stars Govind Pandey, Bhagwan Tiwari, Saksham Dayma and Swapnil Kotiwar.
