Chhath Pooja was celebrated in North India on November 20. Every year Rati Pandey, who is currently seen in Dangal TV’s Devi Adi Parashakti, celebrates this festival with her family in her home town Patna.

Sharing her experience of Chhath Pooja amid the pandemic, Rati says, “This is the biggest festival for my hometown. Earlier, our colony would come together to perform the rituals. We used to decorate the area and exchange sweets. But this year, we had a low-key celebration. We decorated our house, kept fast and made prasad. We did all the rituals on the terrace where we can see the sun rising and setting down, along with a tub filled with gangajal.”
