The grand appearance

Dance+ 5, one of India’s most loved dancing reality shows, is back on Star plus. In the last two weeks, the captains along with super judge Remo D’Souza have been facing a tough time selecting the best dancers from the ones showcasing their talent on the prestigious stage. Also, the legendary Disco Dancer, our very own Mithun Da will make a grand appearance on the upcoming episode of the show.

Mithun was highly impressed as the amazing dancers presented different dance styles. As the veteran actor heard different stories of struggle of the contestants, he also remembered his struggling days when he came to Mumbai for the first time. The actor got emotional as he shared unheard details about the tough days from his life, “I never stopped dreaming and always faced reality. When I came to Mumbai, I had no shelter and there were days when I used to hide and sleep on water tanks on terraces of buildings so that the security guard won’t spot me and throw me out. During the initial days of struggle in the industry, I faced a lot of rejections due to my skin tone. That was when I decided that I will showcase my dancing skills which will make people focus on my feet rather than my skin tone.”
