Along with the larger-than-life sets, lavish costumes, and jewellery, Paurashpur boasts of an ensemble cast that includes Annu Kapoor, Milind Soman and Shilpa Shinde among others. Directed by Sachindra Vats, the show revolves around the battle against gender equality in a kingdom dominated by men. Every character is grey and they must fight for what they believe is right in order to survive in Paurashpur.
