TikTok star to play SSR

As reported earlier, a film titled Suicide Or Murder, has been announced, which will be based on the life of Sushant Singh Rajput. It will be made by director Shamik Maulik and is based on how actors with no film background are treated by the industry. Now, the latest buzz suggests that TikTok star Sachin Tiwari, who had become a rage on social media for his uncanny resemblance to Sushant Singh Rajput, will play the lead role in the film.

The film is being backed by Vijay Shekhar Gupta, who said it would go on the floors in mid-September, and be shot in Mumbai and Punjab.

Meanwhile, the makers released film’s first look on Monday, which says it’s not a biopic but a story inspired by Sushant’s life. The caption read, “A boy from small town became a shining star in the film industry. This is his journey.
