A loan default has resulted in legal action against five individuals. They had failed to repay a loan taken from Citizen Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd, Kishanpura branch. Rajkumari and her son Vikas had borrowed money but were unable to repay it.

As a consequence, the bank, through a court order, seized a house in Arjun Nagar, located near Durga Shakti Mandir, Lamba Pind. However, the accused obstructed the sale proceedings initiated by the bank to recover the outstanding loan.

Following a complaint filed by the bank manager, Ramesh Prabhakar, an FIR was lodged against Rajkumari, her son Vikas, Bharat Bhushan, Rakesh Kumar, and Dharampal.
