The suspects were identified as Lal Singh, Mani, Lovi, Sonu, Raju, Antima, Bille, alias Poonam, and four unidentified persons.

Complainant Kamal Kumar told the police that on March 26, he and his brother were going to work on a Honda Activa. The car of their neighbour, Lal Singh, was parked on the road due to which there was no space to cross the road and when he asked Lal to give them way to pass, he started heated arguments. Afterwards, he, along with his aides, started beating them up.
