Ravinder Singh, alias Ravi, a resident of Shimlapuri, and Kuldip Singh, alias Deepa, of Malerkotla were nabbed by the police near Government Hospital, Mandi Ahmedgarh, Malerkotla district. Several cases have been registered in the past against the two suspects who used to steal valuables from houses of residents.

Against Ravinder, four cases have been registered while against Deepa, 13 cases of loot, theft and snatching are registered at Shimlapuri, Sarabha Nagar, Haibowal, Malerkotla, Raikot, Doraha and Daba police stations.

The police have seized stolen valuables from the two suspects, including two gold bangles, one small gold set, one pair of gold earrings, two pairs of studs in gold, silver coin, silver rings, gold chain, a Honda Activa, three LPG cylinders, two LEDs, an iron rod and one inverter.
