The Anti-Culture Army defeated CM Smashers XI by six wickets and emerged champions in the 8th JITO (Jain International Trade Organisation) Premier Cricket League that concluded at the Punjab Agricultural University ground here on Sunday.

In the final (12-overs each side), the Anti-Culture Army won the toss and opted to bowl first. CM Smashers posted a challenging total of 178 runs after losing four wickets in which Kashish Jain was the main contributor, who scored 71 runs off 21 balls, including four hits to the fence and six sixes. Abhimanyu Jain grabbed three wickets for 37 runs.

The Anti-Culture Army achieved the target in 10.4 overs with six wickets in hand. Vikram made 67 runs and Pulkit Jain scored 50 runs to steer their side to surpass CM Smashers’ total. Kashish Jain took three wickets for 37 runs.
