Congress candidate for the upcoming bypoll of the Ludhiana West constituency Bharat Bhushan Ashu has submitted a complaint with the Deputy Commissioner, alleging voter list tampering in the assembly constituency.

“The electoral voter list is being manipulated by the AAP-led state government in the West constituency,” he alleged.

In the complaint, he alleged that the AAP government was deleting the names from the voter list without verifying electors.
