Bank of Maharashtra’s branch inaugurated
MP (Rajya Sabha) Sanjeev Arora inaugurated a branch of Bank of Maharashtra on Chandigarh Road here on Wednesday.
On the occasion, MP Arora congratulated the bank’s zonal manager, branch manager and staff members. He hoped that the newly opened branch would serve the nearby residents and commercial establishments.
He said he had been told that this was the bank’s first branch in the area and tenth in Ludhiana. He said the bank had around 2,600 branches across
the country.
Further, Arora urged people to take benefit of all the facilities available at the branch.
He said the branch would provide locker and loan facilities, besides other routine services.
The new branch will specialize in gold loans, lockers and high
rate deposits.
