Perusal of records revealed that Jaswinder Singh had been booked under relevant sections of the law on the basis of a communication received from Assistant Town Planner (ATP) Zone D Ludhiana.

The ATP had informed the police that action against Jaswinder Singh had been sought in compliance with orders of the court as the suspect had allegedly broken seals of four out of the seven buildings, which had been sealed earlier. Cops led by investigation officer Sukhwinder Singh are looking into the matter. Jaswinder is yet to be arrested.
