Bus mishap: Drivers protest against school

The Bus Drivers Association today held a protest against Sanmati Vimal Jain Senior Secondary Public School, Jagraon, alleging that the school management intentionally gave the name of one of the school drivers, who was not involved in the school bus accident occurred on Tuesday, to the police for nominating him in the FIR and he was shown as the person managing the affairs of buses at the school.
Members of the association alleged that during the protest, the school authorities admitted to their mistake and assured the association that they would apprise the police of the matter and name of the person managing the buses of the school would be given to the police for required action.
Notably, a bus of the school had rammed into a tree killing a seven-year-old student, Gurman Singh, three days ago in Jagraon.
