The CICU Women Entrepreneurs Forum (WEF) hosted a workshop at the Central Women’s Jail. The workshop aimed to promote inmates’ health and well-being, with a particular emphasis on drug rehabilitation and mental health.
Dr Chitsimran Mann delivered a talk on drug de-addiction at the event, providing advice on how to overcome addiction and live a healthier life. In addition, Deepika Nayyer led a meditation session in which participants learnt techniques to improve their mental peace and overall health.
As part of the initiative, the CICU WEF team distributed fruits, lassi and biscuits to 300 inmates and jail staff.
Contributions by Rajni Sethi, Avighan A B Steels, and Archana Sarup, Marshall Machineries, made the workshop a success.
CICU WEF expressed its heartfelt gratitude to team members Archna Sarup, Aishni Sethi, and Monica Dhall for their assistance.
