City lad Anmol selected for National Games
Anmol Jindal of Ludhiana has been selected to compete in a triathlon event during the 38th National Games, which are scheduled to be held at several venues in Uttarakhand from January 28 to February 14.
Anmol is among the 32 triathletes from all the states and union territories of the country, chosen for the upcoming games. He was selected during the trials conducted at Mohali and attended a preparatory coaching camp.
Bharat Bhushan Ashu, former Punjab minister, and Balraj Sharma, president and senior vice president, respectively, of the Punjab Triathlon Association, wished Anmol and his coach, Saurabh Sharma, good luck for the games.
