The College of Nursing, Christian Medical College and Hospital (CMCH), Ludhiana, observed National Education Day to mark the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, India’s first Minister of Education and a great visionary leader.
An elocution competition was organised on the theme ‘Life & Legacy of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad’. The event was conducted by SNA/SBA council members under the guidance of Dr Harjit, professor and principal, along with Prof Premlata Prakash and Prof Ritu P Naihar (vice-principals), College of Nursing, CMCH.
The programme commenced with Bible reading and prayer, led by Amy Rajiv Victor (SBA secretary). The judges for the elocution competition were Dr Reena Jairus, HoD, community health nursing department, and Dr Neeta Austin Singha, HoD, Mental Health Nursing Department.
