Cops seize 3-gm heroin, 40 capsules

Officials of the Doraha police seized 3 gms of heroin and 40 capsules from miscreants recently, in two separate cases.

In the first case, Jagatpal Singh of village Buani, was searched near Gurthali pull and 3 gms of heroin was recovered from him. A case under the NDPS Act was registered against him.

In another case, a special naka was set up near Doraha A man tried to flee the spot. As he tried to evade the police, officials stopped him on the basis of suspicion and searched. Forty capsules of pregabalin and pregab AG-300 were recovered from him and a case was registered.
