A patriotic song competition was organised at Atam Devki Niketan Senior Secondary Scool, Kidwai Nagar.

As many as 12 schools participated in the competition. All teams wore colorful costumes and gave beautiful presentations of patriotic songs. The competition was organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad, Sukhdev Branch, while Ambuj Mala, Sagarka and Surendra Kumar were the judges for the event.

Greenland Senior Secondary School won the singing contest, while SDP Senior Secondary School, Sacred Heart Convent School, Sector 39 stood second and third s, respectively.

Brij Bhushan Bansal said that the event was conducted to inculcate the feeling of patriotism among the youth. Meanwhile, Raj Chaudhary stressed the importance of Hindi and Sanskrit and told the audience about many activities of the Bharat Vikas Parishad.
