Katoch Shield tourney postponed

The Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) has postponed the Punjab State Inter-District Seniors Cricket Tournament for Katoch Shield due to the rainy season. The first match of Group D was scheduled for July 1 between Ludhiana and Patiala, which was washed out and both teams shared two points each.

New dates of the tournament would be declared soon, said a PCA communication.
