The Salem Tabri police have registered a case against Narayan Singh for sodomising a 10-year-old boy, a student of UKG.

The boy’s father said on March 28, the man, their neighbour, called his son to his house on the pretext of providing him some sweets. On reaching the place, the boy was sodomised by the suspect, after which a complaint was filed and an FIR was registered against the man.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
